Caller: Fraud Dept The usual “Bank Transaction Fraud Department” about a supposed transaction. “Press 1” etc. I pressed 3. The speaker had a slight Indian accent but enunciated very carefully. I used the “flat batteries in my hearing aids approach” until he hung up after a 1 minute one sided conversation. I must remember to pause a bit longer after he stops talking before I respond with my responses.
