Beware. Automated message saying it was from PayPal. It said someone had paid $499 on iTunes using my name. It requested, if I had not purchased and paid for it or authorised the payment, to press 1 and wait for a person to talk to me. Of course. Scratchy, static; give away signs. I couldn’t hear the person well because of the static but when I questioned him, I did get the name James. I told him that I couldn’t hear him, I didn’t understand him and would not be taking the call. Oh dear. He hung up very quickly. The number has been consequently blocked.
