Call came in on my mobile apparently from New Zealand. I didn't answer it, but the caller left a voice mail, which screams "SCAM" as I don't have an account in NZ. Transcription: "To inform you that there has been a debit of $400 on your bank card today from lf you want to cancel and report the transaction, please press one..."
