Hang up, no message left. After searching online, lots of feedback saying this number is an aggressive financial 'services' telemarketing scam. They ask for personal details and tend to insist the recipient has 'signed up' to earn additional income. Apparently they 'cannot' remove your number from their call list. Suggest you avoid and block. I am.
