Not a foreign accent but said he was call from the Visa and Mastercard security department and that my card was being used to purchase 900 and something dollars worth of gift cards. Press 1 to accept or press 2 to deny. Ha. As far as I am aware They are different companies so would not be tagged using the same "security department". Just hung up on him.
