Caller: Scammer? Said their was problem with our broadband and wanted me to tell him what lights were on. I queried this and asked what he wanted. He then complained he couldn't understand what I was saying. I replied in kind as he had a thick Indian accent. I am not being racist I have worked with many Indians when in the UK. I then pointed out that older people had been warned about scammers and he hung up.
