Caller: Scam

Answered - the caller used a computer to forward my call to a call center after I spoke. There is a scam that records your voice to train AI to generate an audio recording that sounds like you, so I did not speak again after being transferred. Even though I could hear my phone call was now contected to a room full of people, no one started speaking to me despite knowing I was on the line. I hung up and called the number back with a hidden caller ID. They have blocked incoming phone calls. This is definitely a caller with nefarious intentions. Do not answer, and if you pick up by accident, do not speak, hang up and block the number.
